Make sure you are on the same wifi network as your Sonos system. Open your sonos app, and sign in as the System Owner, if you have not done so yet. Click on "Manage" to the right of "Your Services". Scroll down and click on "Add Content Service". Select a service, or search for one with the bottom search bar. Click on the relevant one you want, and then click "Add to Sonos" at the top left. How do I set Sonos Favorites?
Sonos Favorites are a quick bookmark to listen to your favorite stations & playlists without hunting through menus every time to find them. Find your station or playlist within ANY service. Instead of tapping to pick the station/playlist, tap and HOLD - and then select "Save to Sonos Favorites". Another quick tip - when finding new music to listen to, use the search bar at the bottom when you first open the app. Cool thing is - it searches across ALL of your services : Spotify, Pandora, Sirius, etc!
How do I turn the system off?
All you have to do is click the pause button at the bottom of the screen - they system will enter a low power standby mode after a few seconds of not playing. If you have multiple sonos pieces, swipe up from the bottom of the screen, and hit the pause on whatever devices you want to stop music playing on.
I am not able to hear anything from my speakers!
Make sure that you have not accidentally hit the mute button. At the bottom left corner of the screen, look for a speaker icon with an "x" next to it. Tap that speaker to unmute your Sonos device.
